    • FITCHBURG -- Victoria (Tata) Lomaglio, 89, of 145 Connors St., died Tuesday, Aug. 26, in Hillcrest Nursing Home, after an illness.

      She was born in Italy on April 14, 1914, the daughter of Cesidio and Maria (Fantozzi) Tata. Mrs. Lomaglio came to the United States when she was 5 years old. She was a member of St. Anthony?s Church.

      Mrs. Lomaglio leaves a son, Thomas R. Lomaglio of Fitchburg; one brother, Francis Tata of Fitchburg; one sister, Virginia Gemmiti of Schenectady, N.Y.; and two grandchildren, Thomas R. Lomaglio II of Fitchburg and Diane M. Lomaglio of Leominster. Her husband of 55 years, Salvatore G. Lomaglio, died in 1991. Five brothers, Ernesto, Angelo, Antonio, Mario and Joseph Tata, and one sister, Rose Damato, predeceased her.

      LOMAGLIO - On Aug. 26, Victoria (Tata) Lomaglio, 89, of Fitchburg. The funeral will be held Friday, Aug. 29, at noon in St. Anthony?s Church, 84 Salem St., Fitchburg. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Brandon Funeral Home, 305 Wanoosnoc Road, Fitchburg is directing arrangements.
