      Mrs. Eva Marie d?Eon, wife of Mr. Jim d?Eon of Middle West Pubnico, died at Yarmouth Hospital on December 30th at the age of 84. She was in the hospital for six weeks. Mrs. d?Eon was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Actime Amirault of this village.

      Besides her husband, she leaves in mourning two sons and a daughter, Gerald of Middle West Pubnico, Vincent of Brockton, Mass., and Mrs. Bill Dragone, Prescilla, of Millis, Mass. Also two brothers, Robert and Vincent Amirault of this village; four sisters, Mrs. Therese d?Entremont and Mrs. Elisée d?Entremont, Henriette, of this village, Mrs. Leon Doucette, Agnes, and Mrs. Craig d?Entremont, Louise, of Stoneham, Mass. She was the grandmother of five and great-grandmother of two.

      The funeral was held January 3rd with mass celebrated by Father Gerald LeBlanc, parish priest. The pallbearers were Ronald d?Entremont, Aldric d?Eon, Basil and Emile Amirault, nephews of the deceased, Harvey d?Eon and Jimmy d?Entremont.
